Npk Saturday training sessions
Every Saturday meeting up at the Royal Concert Hall for 12pm. These sessions run what ever the weather as we have undercover areas that are dry to practice in if the weather should turn bad.
Hell night sessions
These sessions are once a week being Thursday as the chosen day and we meet up at the robin hood statue for 7pm and it lasts until about 9.30pm.
This session in basic form is a heavy duty full body conditioning workout session, using parkour type moves and exercises to help build stamina and gain strength.
It is highly recommended to come to one of these sessions if you want to get help get ahead of the rest in your parkour fitness or if you just want a workout with something a little different.
Tricking Sessions
These sessions are mainly for going out and about tricking (Flips and gymnastics for normal people) at certain locations and will be posted on the jams part in the forum.
