Many people argue what true Parkour is and for that everyone adapts the discipline to there needs and different people and groups incorporate there own discipline/style into parkour so each and every person has there own ways of training.
There are moves that every one will practice for the basics of parkour.
We here at Parkour Nottingham do all the basics of parkour, Sometimes you will see us do gymnastic type moves and summersaults.
This is due to we have already been training for a long time also some of us have a gymnastic background so our bodies have adapted and are able to perform these moves, saying this those sorts of moves are not our main focus of our training.
We have pictures of the odd flips but don't be worried this is not parkour. It's about bettering ones self & abilities and this is only achieved through repetition, training constantly & challenging yourself.
Parkour helps your physically and mentally the most important thing about parkour is to have fun.
